*There are services that your counselor may provide on your behalf, other than those listed above. These services include, but are not limited to, phone calls lasting more than a few minutes, research, written correspondence, completion of insurance treatment plans, etc.
CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 24 hours notice for any cancellation or a $75 re-schedule fee will be applied to your account.
